Our caretaking staff are professionals charged with the task of looking after property, assets or individuals at the request of our client.
They handle the day to day tasks of running the estate which range from basic maintenance tasks to overseeing the process of securing outside assistance as and when needed. Staff is aware of the basic principles of site management including the importance of Health & Safety, reporting any damage to equipment or resources, security issues, heating systems, building construction, COSHH regulations etc.
