A receptionist is often the first business contact a person will meet at any organization. We expect our staff to maintain a calm, courteous and professional demeanour at all times. Our staff is aware of the importance of a well-groomed appearance and will always present with a positive attitude.

All members of staff are fully trained to cover duties such as answering visitors’ enquiries, directing visitors, issuing visitor passes, sorting and handing out mail, operating a switchboard, setting up appointments, filing, record keeping, data entry and performing a variety of other office based tasks.
